By accessing or using Parts Manager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Parts Manager is a web-based electronics parts inventory management platform that provides catalog browsing, inventory tracking, project management, and supplier integration features.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscription Plans
The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service (inventory items, projects, etc.). We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
6. JLCPCB Catalog
The JLCPCB component catalog data is sourced from JLCPCB's public APIs and is provided as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of catalog information.
7. AI Features
AI-powered features (substitution recommendations, component identification) use third-party AI services. Results are suggestions only and should be verified by a qualified engineer before use in production designs.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to component selection decisions based on AI recommendations.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
